wilderness


Sometimes you have to get away from it all, to appreciate all that you have.  Deep in the woods of Northwestern Alabama... we hiked and camped for the weekend, in The Sipsey Wilderness.

After forgoing the tent and sleeping in our hammocks , we may never use the tent again.  Now to buy the extras, like bug netting & insulators.

    Thank you for sharing this, Courtney. I think Sipsey is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.

      I agree! Can't believe I didn't know about Sipsey until recently, but I'm making up for lost time. We've been twice this year, and I hope to go again soon.
